I weighed in this morning on my old standby, the Wii Fit. Couldn't believe my eyes! 166 lbs!!! The last time I weighed this was 18 years ago after my first year of college. Wow! I'm blown away!
My goals for February are to work out either at the gym or by walking for 60 minutes a day. I can do this! I really can!
