Today is Day 1 of me starting over.
I've been in a downward spiral for a few months now and I need to re-gain control.
With my new plan I will...
* Eat more fruits and veggies
* Weigh-in twice a week instead of every day
* Track my food intake on SP EVERY DAY
* Be more active
* Stop drinking Diet Coke completely (again)
* Prepare my food the night before
* Be more active
I can do this!
