Good Morning! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was great!
Friday I got in a ST workout during work and ate well.
Sat was my long run of 6 miles in 83 minutes. It was cold out, but I did well. I went nice and easy. I tried a new Herbalife shake on Sat and it was amazing. Cookies and Cream with frozen cherries...yum! My husband and I watched some hockey and then headed out to an Irish pub for a nice date night.
Sunday I weighed myself bf my Superbowl snacks and weighed in at 176.2. Pretty good after my gain last week. We hung out all day together, walked the dogs and settled in for the Superbowl (yes, the Pats blew it and Giants deserved to win. Bleck! I HATE losing!!!).
Today, it's back to the work grind. I'm planning on a mile or so after work and maybe some weights if I can fit it in at work. Tomorrow is my official weigh in day and as long as I don't miss my last workout and have my last shake for dinner, I earn my reward which is a pedicure. To be honest, I already got one yesterday bc I'm so confident.
