Day 5 & Day 6 of my Walk to Health

All weekend long I got emails saying where’s my daily blog from you? I only blog 5 days a week. Weekends I do not blog, exercise or work out. On weekends I do my chores, shopping, go to church and visit church members who can no longer get out. If I have the time I do try and go for a walk.
Day 5 (Friday Feb 3, 2012) I did not do my walk/run that I was supposed to do. My body was hurting and I know when you over push yourself it may cause injury. So I skipped the day. Saturday I attended an all day church conference. I went up many stairs and walked the campus going to classes, etc. So I did get some good walking in to make up for no exercise yesterday.
Day 6 (Monday Feb 5, 2012) I’m up and doing my e-mail. It’s 4:27 am. When I’ve finished I will be out the door for my walk/run. I will be glowing once again in my florescent shirt. I bought a stop watch so I can better stick to the time of walking for 4 mins and then running for one. I do this for 2 miles. Next week I will increase my walk/run.
