Okay. So I'm really gonna try hard this time to stick with it. I mean I have decided that I have a gym routine but I get bored. So any ideas on switching it up would be great!
I love the elliptical but I just feel like I do the same thing every time. I also started running outside but PA winters are rough and not all days are good for being outside, I hate the cold. I don't really like to run on the treadmill.... I know that I should just get over it but I really can't.
Anyway, I've been going to the gym pretty religiously since I came back to school this semester (2 weeks and counting). I'm really proud of myself. I need to work on the eating habits but they will get there.
Basically, I just need some moral support to help me keep going. And any tips on new fun things would be great.
