My 12 year old daughter has said several times that she has no limits. She has said this in TV and Newspaper interviews, she has said this in Executive Board Rooms while giving speeches as an Ambassador for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. She really does believe this and you know what, the success she's had so far in life proven it. She is an amazing young lady!

Can you imagine what could happen in YOUR life if you thought the same thing??

This picture is a snap shot that I took after we finished the coolest photo shoot we've ever done.

Somehow I fell off your blog notification list! I'm waaaaaaaaay behind in reading your news.

Your daughter is amazing. Is this the same girl whose artwork went to state?

What a smart and gorgeous young woman! I hope I can instill half that sort of attitude in my own little angel-girl. (who I admit sometimes has her halo on debil horns.. and I wouldn't have it any other way! LOL)

Wow - she must have one great Dad to be this amazing :)

You ... and she... rock!

So I am back on Spark but with a completely different mindset than ever before. Instead of losing weight because I SHOULD or HAVE to I finally have realized that life is meant to be enjoyed not suffered through.

And to enjoy life I need to be healthy. Simple as that and the weight loss will come from that.

Considering how full on you must be in Spark I love that you always have time to drop nion people and give them a boost.

I'm back, boost me emoticon

You already know how I feel about this, bro! Putting limits on yourself only holds you back. "Nothing is given to you! If you want something, you have to GO GET IT!"
