Ok, YEARS have passed...I check Spark all the time but have been too busy to actually log on and catch up with things. Still the same weight, not my best but not my worst either! Ready to roll up my sleeves and put in the work that I need to get ready for Summer.
Still doing my dance 2 or 3 times a week so that has helped me from crashing and burning...diet needs to be tweaked in order to feel my best.
I love to move....but diet is 80% of the equation.
