I have been reading so many articles on diet soda being so unhealthy. All the chemicals. Yet, I could not give it up. Slowed down a lot, but could not give it up. Still got my 8 plus cups of water in daily, but still wanted my diet soda. Some days, I or 2 glasses. Other days, I would drink 4 or more glasses of diet soda.
Well…. After reading this article 3 days ago, I think I am cured of wanting diet soda. Only had 2 sodas since I read the article, and could not enjoy drinking it cause I kept thinking about this article on how diet soda could boost risk for stroke or heart attack.
