Okay I am back, I decided I need to drop the weight I had put back on and wanna get down to 115 for sure! I want to tone up as well, so I'm making up a diet plan.
First things first I need to buy a scale again.
MY workout schedule
Mon.-Thurs (exercising for 30 minutes, sixty minutes Mondays and Wednesdays)
-Fiber bars, cut out junk food and carbonated drinks, no fast food, eat one serving!, eat three meals a day, plus a snack, and such.
I'm not gonna weigh myself till I get a scale but I thought tomorrow I will start on my new diet, I was successful on my last one and I'm saddened that I gained some of it back :( for now I'm gonna follow my diet and exercise plan, along with studying for cosmetology college and oh go to bed earlier to get eight hours of sleep every night! and take better care of my face and such! I wanna improve myself, for my well being and overall how I view myself.
I'll do day one, day fifteen, day thirty , and such in photos of my face, weight, and hair growth....I need to change it up plus I'm bored with my style and hair color.
