OK, so I did the Tuesday through Saturday of Week 3 of Insanity, but I did it on Monday through Friday, because the first day (Monday) is the "fit test" which I did before already. I was just going to pick one of the past videos and do that workout, but opted instead to run 3 10 minute miles on the treadmill. It was fun to do even a light run like that after not running for so long. Tomorrow is the rest day, and Monday is moving on to week 4 finally.
