Feb 3rd and 4th

So Heather an I have come to a screeching halt. We have been doing our circuit in the morning and more exercises in the afternoon and thinking that we will loose a good amount of weight. But when we get on the scale we either maintain or loose .2lbs. Today I gained .2lbs. It is a little discouraging but I am trying to think positive. We are building muscle so our weight might not be going down but are clothes are fitting looser :)
Yesterday I added jumping jacks, side bends with a weight and shoulder shrugs..front, back & sides to my circuit. Everything was great but when I did the jumping jacks I felt like I was going to pass out.
Today I didn't do the jumping jacks and side to side crunches. I added the superman, seated trunk twists, mule kicks, and 15 count plank.
This is my 4th day I have done my circuit. I have decided I am going to take Sunday's off of doing the circuit but will do some form of cardio instead....WATP with Leslie or if it is nice out going on a walk.
It has been a struggle to finish the 3 sets. My inner voice keeps whining at me to quit but I don't and wow do I feel so much better when I complete all 3 sets.
