February Week 1...WUB!!

1. FOOD - I really need to get this down so...BREAKFAST DAILY!!!!!!
----------------I'm doing better but I can't seem to stick to anything on weekends...I will get there!!

2. CARDIO - So I'm finishing up LES MILLS PUMP 30-Day Ultimate Cross Training Hybrid on Tuesday...and have thought of going into the 90 day PUMP program....but for this month I'm going to do a hybrid of my own with BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT... I will add in some BODYBALANCE and STEP and maybe attack...want to start on Friday so I will need to work on a schedule this week!!!

3. Chill - Still have PUSH to finish and there are a couple more books...so 30 minutes of ME time!!!!
------------finish Carb cycling...now back to push....

4. ORGANIZE - I need to get my recipes in BIG OVEN organized...also MENU planning back on track!!!
---------------------managed to get through to of the 11 recipe boxes and 1 cookbook of about 100...will need to be picky on that one for this month!!!

Am really looking forward to this month....started carb cycling....but I'm going to have to work on plan that's just for me....I really liked the book 'Choose to Lose: The 7 day carb cycling solution' but it's NOT for me...his low carb day is also low cal days around 1200cals...I don't think I would make it a week with my workouts on 1200cals...high days are 1500cals and that's a low day for me...so a great idea and would be great for someone just getting into the healthy thing...but NOT for me. So I will keep working on it...

    Yeah...for sure Janice, with the calorie thing. I'm waiting for my copy of that book to come from Amazon...I was told it's a pretty simple way to do the carb cycling, so I want to give it a go. I can't do 1200 cals/day though either...SP wants me to eat around 3500 cals/ day with the exercise I do, but I try to keep it around 2500...I'm hoping I can mod out Chris' book also to suit my workouts!

    Agree on the calories for you. You work out like 3 people emoticon so need more than 1500 calories for sure! Great week and you totally rocked out January! emoticon
