Today is the last session of this week's workouts!
Yesterday I did deadlifts with 90 pounds!
This week my trainer has added HIT after each work out which fatigues you for the next day!
This means that the same weights seem heavier!
I am looking forward to some rest... Well.... Gym rest anyways.:-)
Nutrition is going well, I have developed some recipes.
I am enjoying my citrus fruits.
Next week we start a new exercise program!
I am also consciously trying to slow down my life/ schedule and limit my committments these 2 weeks before I leave on my trip to Siberia.
