Meandering about my youthful day - 2/3/12

It was a very productive day!!
I started the morning out with getting my oldest son ready and off to school. When I returned home, it was Zumba time. 45 mintes of that was great, including my youngest son who decided to join me in the Zumba action LOL.
After I fixed lunch for my youngest we headed to his Pre-K class, where I donated some time helping with small projects and keeping the kids on track with activities. LOVED IT!!
By the end of PreK, my 3rd grader was finished and we headed home. Wooo..I felt like I was on my feet all day. My husand arrived home from work (which he left at 4am, very rare) and plopped in the chair to relax and read, while I danced around with the boys (little taste of Nelly Furtado, Mambo No. 5 and NKOTB all jumbled up). Yeah, I suppose the boys were having a such a good time they decided to get a little too rowdy while I stepped away.
Dinner time: I made homemade egg rolls..stuffed with steak, onions and peppers, sided with a delictable cheese sauce. The entire fam loved them..fun, easy and tasty! Oh I paired the egg rolls with some cole slaw too.
Now that the fulfilled day is drawing to a close, my knee hurts :(
So, here I sit writing this (the spectacular / eventful day ) and icing my right knee with hopes it will feel better tomorrow. I have a terrible history with knee injury..I don't want tomorrow to rott, because of one very fun and youthful day.
Ta ta,,til tomorrow.
