Well, here it is, 9:30pm, and according to my nutrition tracker, I haven't eaten enough calories for the day. I'm coming up short about 400-500 calories. I never thought I'd say that I need to eat more food late at night! Hmmm...not sure what I'll have though.
Quick update...saw your responses to my blog posting, so I've decided to have a cup of hot chocolate (made with almond milk), and a cup of non-fat, low sugar ice cream, then, one portion of whole grain wheat thins. That will add up to about 250 calories. (still short about 150 calories for the day, but I don't want to make myself sick this late at night, lol)
