When I started out the long month of January I knew I wanted to set some resolutions for 2012 but also wanted to make it something to look forward to!My daughter was flying back to Grad.School in North Carolina and she also wanted to start working out & increase her running! So we decided we would do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred! Every day for 30 days!!! I'm happy to report we did it!!! We would text each other after every workout encouraging each other along the way!! What a great way for the month to fly by and to also stay connected to her! I can honestly say I don't know if I would have stuck with it if it hadn't been thinking she was also sweating to 30 day shred too!! So if you can share a challenge with someone I would highly reccomend it, makes it so much sweeter when you meet it!! Happy to report that I lost 3.6 pounds and 7 inches!! Now onto a new challenge Monday!!
