Day 1 Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30 Days and Feb Goals

So I figured that I should do a weekly or daily blog that will aid in my accountability. Last month I completed BodyRock.TV 30 day challenge and I loved it. My inner bad a$$ was brought out. Never thought that I could actually do the moves let alone complete. I really believe documenting kept me going. I'm also starting to focus on running again.
Goals for Febrauary(:
-Eat more clean (for some reason I have been snacking on junk an awful lot lately).
-Aim for 50 mileage
-Complete Ripped in 30
-Have at least one Green Juice 3 X week
-Take at least 5 minutes daily embracing the moment and giving thanks
-Meet 188 goal for Done Girl Shamrockin Challenge
-Study ASWB at least 30 min. 5 X week
