Wear Red on Friday to Highlight Heart Health

Earned my spark points reading articles related to heart health.

Then, one of my trivia questions was:
True or False: If you exercise regularly, it's possible to reduce your cholesterol even if you don't lose weight.
I know this is true not just from reading the articles above, but from personal experience. My numbers were climbing the last time I had my cholesterol checked as I was unable to exercise as aggressively as before. There isn't any reason why it has improved, plus I am on a medication that likely will cause my cholesterol to rise. Ugggghhhh.
