Diva Dash, Bikram, Nutritionist, and more!

I'm not very good at being on here, am I? :(
So I was sick for the entire month of Jan. How lame is that?! I did do the Shape Diva Dash on the 21st despite being dead sick and it was really fun! 35mins for a 5k obstacle course race in the rain, on the sand, and dead sick...not too bad, considering. I'm defintely glad I did it! That was basically the only exercise other than walking I got the whole month of Jan, though. Yikes!
Good thing there's this thing called redemption. :)
And that's what Feb is all about for me! I've started seeing a nutritionist and discovered my RMR is a whopping 1900cals/day. Who knew? Not me, that's for sure! So we're in the process of setting up a plan specifically for me. Should be interesting! I've also started seeing a therapist for my emotional eating issues. I'm all about learning and growing and doing this the healthy way! And I FINALLY started back up with Birkram. Thank GOD! I needed it. Nothing does it for me the way Bikram does. :)
I'm exhausted though so I'm gonna hit the hay. Hope you are all doing fabulous!
