Interesting. When I joined SP 3 (I think) days ago, I entered my "current weight" as 245. That is what my weight was the last time I was at the doctor's office, which was, if I recall correctly, about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At the time I joined, my bathroom scale was out of order - in need of a new battery.
Last night, I bought a new battery for the scale. This morning, my weight, according to my scale, was 231.
That's 14 pounds less than my doctor's office weight just a few weeks ago. And I hadn't even been trying to lose. I can only attribute this to my thyroid medication. My doctor increased my dosage that day, from 50mcg to 200mcg. While I haven't been feeling like I'm brimming with energy, apparently it has had SOME effect. I'm certainly not complaining - it gives my little turtle down there in my ticker a nice little headstart!
