Feeling good about myself has always been a problem for me. I am almost always hearing the voice of my inner critic. (My husband would like to beat the @#$%! out of my inner critic.)
I need to start now to view exercise as something that is GOOD FOR MY BODY and therefore worthwhile if for no other reason.
