Yesterday was the start of a new month. Heather and I weighed in and measured and it was a happy day for both of us. She lost 16 lbs and 14.5 inches. I lost 11 lbs and 9 inches. I am going to loose more inches this month.
Yesterday did not start off very good. First I didn't wake up until 6:30 so we weren't able to get our work out in before Heather went to school. I did do mine later that morning before going to work and she did hers after school. Second, my hard drive died. It wouldn't have been to bad but I haven't backed it up in a long time. I am hoping and praying that my dh will be able to get it to spin one more time so he can get everything or even just my pictures off of it. He set me up a new computer last night. He's such a sweetie!
I started doing my own Circuit at home.

Yesterday I thru in jumping jacks....I haven't been able to do jumping jacks in years!
Today we got up and did our circuit and then when I got home from work did 2 fast miles with Leslie. When Heather got home she got her work out clothes on and started doing Yoga on the Wii. She is such a motivator for me. She decided to doing the jogging for 20 min and talked me into doing it with her. Wow I did not think I would be able to make 10 min let alone 20. It felt so good when the 20 minutes was up and I did it without stopping. The Wii said we jogged 3 in a half miles.
I love all these new things I am able to do and I especially LOVE doing this with my daughter!
I was rather bummed this morning when I weighed and only lost .2 lbs. But I realized today while at work that by doing my circuit that I am gaining muscle which makes me weigh more. This is rather discouraging when I am trying to loose weight but in order to loose weight and change my body I need to gain muscle.
