Every year I have to prove to my employer how fit I am. Well they do a series of tests a run

a hand grip test

sit ups

and my nemious push ups

. When i did the test I did the basic minimum of the run 3.0 VHmax and my hangrip was good. My sit up I did about 20. and my push I did 4 but I needed 7.
I have been steady improving my cardio and focusing on my push up. The last strength training I did a few days ago I did 2 sets of 13. I think I am ready. Yet usually after i pass my test i go into hibernation mode. This year I plan to keep going. I am getting to enjoy walking swimming and yes running. So I have decided to challenge the test on Tuesday and see how it goes. I am ready.
