Well I think I am ready or just about.

Every year I have to prove to my employer how fit I am. Well they do a series of tests a run emoticona hand grip test emoticonsit ups emoticonand my nemious push ups emoticon. When i did the test I did the basic minimum of the run 3.0 VHmax and my hangrip was good. My sit up I did about 20. and my push I did 4 but I needed 7.
I have been steady improving my cardio and focusing on my push up. The last strength training I did a few days ago I did 2 sets of 13. I think I am ready. Yet usually after i pass my test i go into hibernation mode. This year I plan to keep going. I am getting to enjoy walking swimming and yes running. So I have decided to challenge the test on Tuesday and see how it goes. I am ready.

    Do you work with the military? My dad had PTs every year in the US Navy where they had a mile run (I think), max pushups and max situps. There might have been one other exercise but I don't remember what it was.

You can do it!

If you have time, I found a pushup challenge site that Coach Nicole mentioned a few months ago... its hundredpushups.com and I used it and got up to week 3 (50 pushups) before work and stress got me off the wagon.
