Today was our first week weigh-in at work for our "Biggest Loser" competition. I lost 5lbs in the first week!! I was so nervous going into it because I knew I had put in some solid effort and I didn't want to leave deflated. I am so happy that my numbers reflected my initial efforts.
I know that I'll hit plateaus and that it will get harder and harder but to start off strong really helps my confidence.
Goodbye yesterday, here's to tomorrow!!
