so i woke up yesterday morning not feeling so great. i don't like not feeling good. my eyes wont stop watering and my throat hurts and stuffy head. i did still do a 15 min workout yesterday convinced it would help me feel better. no such luck. i feel yucky today too.... anyone have any great ideas for workouts when you don't feel good? my choice workout is treadmill.... but when i can't breathe.... it stinks.
need some good ideas to still get a burn in, anyone got any?
