Well, the Zumba class did not go so well. Not that I didn't love it. I really did. But, I guess I tried to hard and threw my back out again and had to stop. :( With that said, I am very happy that as of yesterday I was able to get a gym membership again. (I haven't been in two years). Went last night and was somewhat surprised that I could hang on the eliptical for 30 minutes. It was not at blazing speed...but it was still motion. I am very pleased.

I have set my goal (this time) to drop five pounds. I figure if I make the increments small I will be able to achieve it.

Let's see....on to the weather...I love the temps. I am not a winter person; however, it does concern me that come spring/summer we may have mosquitoes as big as bats!

Starting book group back tonight with some fantastic ladies. Looking forward to that. We always have such a great time.

    Sounds like you're doing great! I simply can't get the knack for the elitpical! I'm sure there's something I'm not doing right but it doesn't look complicated when other people do it.

    Wow...30 mins on the eliptical emoticon I've tried those before but I couldn't get the hang of it. I'm one of those people with two left feet... emoticon See you later and hope your back gets better fast!
