After 9 days of not tracking, my weight has crept up three pounds! I know why this is happening. I am overeating again at night. It is all healthy fruits, vegetables, and meats with no processed carbs, but still this is not acceptable!
I am back to tracking today! I plan to have 1300 calories, which will allow me to start losing weight again. It is better to do something now than wait until I am 10 pounds heavier and a size bigger in my clothing!
I am unhappy that it is taking so much effort to maintain my goal weight of 140 pounds! This morning I was 142.6 pounds! That weight is coming off no matter what! I am doing major nutrition tracking today and have planned everything that I will eat for the entire day!!
