So far my goal of only eating 1/2 of what I am served has been working! I find myself thinking **this is for the overall goal** everytime I take my knife and cut my food in half prior to eating it. Its actually easy and most of all, Im realy satisfied after eating just half of what I'm served.
The success in this journey for me will be through food! Its me falling for cravings and eating eveything in sight that has got me back to where I am now. I appreciate I can eat what I want (still staying away from a lot of fried foods), but by cutting it in half its all good. We will see how the month ends, but so far...THUMBS UP.
