Just a quick blog to check in...I haven't been blogging very often, but I know I should be!
Trying to find the energy to exercise even though my job physically exhausts me has been difficult, but I really need to be doing some extra work on my body. I know that exercise will also help with my depression and keep me from sleeping away the day when I have a day off. I also need to get back into the habit of walking my pup every day, the poor little guy suffers when my brain is feeling wacky. I have promised myself that I will do some yoga every day, even if just a couple of poses, so I am hoping that will keep me motivated!
I didn't get my 1000 exercise minutes in last month- but today the new month is starting and I MUST meet my goal! Plus, I turn 42 in a couple of weeks and would really like to start my year off right.
