A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you?
to a point i believe yes it does but then after so long the "competition" dies down and i just loose sight

B is for favorite healthy breakfast (yeah, I changed this a bit!)

my famous excuse is that i am to tired or i will do it later.

F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have?
we have one kitty my niece named her and her name is fuzz cat

G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with?
now that i am starting to watch what i eat again it is filled with veggies and fruits 100 cal packs things for sandwichs.

right now i am working at a gas station

grabbing a quick snack that is why i like the 100 cal packs

not as much as i should no.

M is for MOTIVATION...Which gives you more, Mirror or Scale?
sad to say but the scale although it showed my a gain and my pants fit loose so i dont know what is up with that

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname?
Auntie is cause i am an Aunt. the Les part is from people calling my Les instead of Leslie and 53 is the month and day my niece was born May 3rd

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis?
between 88 and 92 just depends

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily?
as of right now i have been only eating 1 or maybe 2 of each i would like to up that here soon :)

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly?
Aiming for at least 30 minutes three times a week to start. I'll increase it as I get used to it.

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby?
playing volley ball :) or playing with my niece

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Hawaii!

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program?
nope i sure am not but i know that i should be so i will start looking into that.

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move?
I want my size 18's back and to fit nicely

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you allow choices to push you forward or dwell on them?
dwell on them. the minute i mess up i just say screw it and keep eating junk something i need to work on :)

Z is for ZERO...name one thing you couldn't live without?
