A friend started a challenge group on facebook and we are drilling each other and one of the girls posted to do a burpee, well i tried the modified that i could find online, but had the hardest time getting back up off the floor. So while i was watching biggest loser i saw the aqua team guy doing a different modified burpee using a stool. So went and got my stool and did 10 burpee's. I could still feel it working my arms and abs.
i was meant to try these today!
