2009? really? It's February 1, 2012, and I've been doing GREAT so far today (not getting any work done, though...)

Made up my run calendar for the year. Had one in 2009 and 2010 and did very well. Skipped 2011, and guess what?? I'm flirting with 200 lbs. Dancing all around that number, but haven't tipped it yet. But it was only a matter of time...

Water, water everywhere today. My goal for this week (through Tuesday night) is to drink 40 ounces of water a day. That's it. I've fallen into the "all or nothing" trap many times before, and rarely get good results. So one thing at a time, one day at a time.

My planner/journal/calendar thingy gets more play than this, but the blog looks so lonely, I thought I'd talk to it too.
