I just thought I would quickly share some of the goals I have for February!
~ I WILL average just over 60 miles a week and hit 250 running miles for the month
~ I WILL get back to hitting yoga at least once a week
~ I WILL loose 4 pounds. ( I forgot to weigh in this morning, but will do so tomorrow)
~ I WILL rest and relax enough to make time to read at least 1 book for the month
Again these are just a few things I will do this month!
