Day 3 (Feb 1, 2012) By the time I got home last night from work my ankle was fine (Thank God!). I joined the “Do 5k in 5 weeks Challenge” on SparkPeople.com. I figured if I did this workout then I’d have the last 3 weeks to work on getting my run faster before the actual race. So this morning I did my 30 min run/walk before work. I’m hoping to do some strength training this evening for biceps and triceps with the dumbbells. I’m still excited, sticking to the workout plan and my body is aching some.
