Today, while in another city I was dumbfounded when I realized I had forgotten to put my workout (Supreme 90 day) workout DVD into my bag. I ran yesterday so knew I could not go running today. BUT, thanks to Spark, I found and did their advanced ball workout followed by a compilation of their upper body workouts using the ball. Then, enthused while reading Oxygen at breakfast I followed that with their Kick Up Your Cardio routine from July 2011 issue. I had not used the ipod for workouts other than runs so I tried them all with the music and it was really a great all around workout. I am thrilled that I did it, broke out of the mold and got it done! Sometimes things are blessings in disguise!
