Soreness. Is gain.

Currently sitting in my office, extremely sore. So sore I couldn't do my hair type of sore. And my thighs burn.

The saying is "no pain, no gain"... Well I'm in a lot of pain, so I guess I have a lot to gain.

I've tossed out my scale. I'm working out every day. However, with my food, I've cheated a bit. Not crazy but eating what I know I shouldn't. So I'm promising myself not to eat what I'm not supposed to. The amazing thing with Isagenix is that you can buy green tea infused chocolate. Sounds odd but it's true. And yummy.

So I won't drink any more Diet Dr. Peppers, no going into my co-workers office to snag 2 Hershey Kisses, going in the kitchen to eat half a piece of bread with a bit of butter. Just water, WME (Want More Energy), almonds, veggies, iced tea, and IsaDelights.

Also, I realize I have 12 weeks before the bike race. I want to buy a cute fitted bike outfit for the event. So I have to kick it up in more ways then one!
