I am going to step up my exercise routine beginning today.
Today's Trivia & what I learned.
I found the answers to all questions in this article.

I learned from the Spark dietitian that the claims about it are a scam.
2. What is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG)?
3. How much scientific evidence is there to suggest that dairy aids in weight loss?
I had never believed that there was anything magical about Acai Berry - in spite of Dr. Oz and others. I do try to eat blueberries, blackberries, & strawberries regularly. I have always enjoyed tea over coffee. I switched to green tea & green & white tea mix because it sounded like it was more likely to provide nutrients.
I was a sucker for the hype that milk would help you lose weight until this week. Dr. Oz [again] had a guest that said if you are lactose intolerant, to eliminate all forms of [cow] dairy as the inflammation in the "gut" might be preventing weight loss. I am lactose intolerant. I have never thought that I did not tolerate cheeses or yogurt. In fact, when my daughter was 5, a pediatric allergist told me that most people who are intolerant of milk can eat yogurt. He had me try it on her. Yogurt was her only source of dairy for a couple of years and she seemed to tolerate it.
I have a lot of yogurt and cheese products in the house.
I am not throwing anything out - but will quit buying it for myself.
DH does eat it some.
I am trying to figure out what I will eat instead of yogurt with my berries & green tea.
