As my progress has slowed, and as I'm entering my busy season at work - I'm realizing that I'm going to have to find new and different ways to get motivated. I won't have as much time to spend on SparkPeople reading other peoples stories and motivating others. Sneaking in time to work out will also be difficult as work, sleep and stealing moments with my son will fill up most of my time. Today I'm going to take a bunch of fruit with me to work so I have healthy snacks at my desk to keep me fueled up without adding excess baggage. Anyone else with a super hectic schedule that has tips for me???
