Not a complete failure!

So today I stayed within my calories, hell yeahhh! I didn't go to the gym though. I could sit here and make excuses and say I didn't have time or I was too tired, but I'm trying this new thing where I take responsibility for myself and my choices and try not to blame other people or things for my actions. I was plain old lazy.

What's on the agenda for tomorrow, you ask? American Lit at 10, work from 11-2, buying textbooks, possibly working out if I have time before my 4 o clock Political Theory class, getting dinner with the girls, and then working out if I haven't yet.

It's really hard getting into the groove of things...all I know is that I am NOT stopping no matter how slow my progress is or how many times I just want to give up.

It's almost midnight and I'm really busy tomorrow so I'm gonna read a little bit and head off to bed...I hope everyone had a good day!

    You can do it. Start slow with small changes.. baby steps. They will eventually become like second nature, and you will get into the habit of working out and find that you crave it. Soon you will be a pro! emoticon emoticon
