We got a treadmill (finally)! It is so awesome. I don't particularly like walking around in our neighborhood. I'm not scared or uneasy. I just don't like it. My DH can no longer run on hard surfaces-hurts his knees-and thought he might run on a treadmill. I have been asking for one for a long time. Used to have one and couldn't take it to Korea, so gave it away. Long story short, we could have taken it. Anyway, I needed to do more cardio than I could do on my own. I am pleased to say that since we got it-about 2 weeks-I have lost 3 lbs. and I think 1/2 inch waist and hips. My pants are starting to fit better. I love walking, running on the treadmill. I still keep up with Pilates for flexibility and Bowflex for strength and the treadmill for cardio. Life is grand!! I am still exercising at least 4 days a week and lately, 6 days thanks to the treadmill. I look better and feel better. Oh! I am finally tracking my food. What an eyeopener!!
