I just finished up the 28 day boot camp DVD from Coach Nicole!
First of all the calendar for the boot camp was freakin' killer! If nothing else that was the coolest thing on the DVD!
I love the mix and match workout plans so that I can continue the DVD after the boot camp is complete. The workouts are super easy to follow even with my first time watching them.
You know how on most workout DVD's there's like a hundred people doing the workout with the instructor, I really like that there are only three people, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, so easy to follow.
I also liked that she combined cardio and strength training, I've only done them separate before.
The last thing I like about this workout DVD was the bonus features, of course! Who doesn't like a bonus! I'm a house wife and any time I can get some extra ab workouts in, especially sitting down I'm all up for it!!!
My only complaint is I prefer a more dancy kind of music. I do a lot of turbo jam and zumba because I love the music, but really I'm super happy with adding the Sparkpeople 28 day Boot Camp DVD to my collection, this won't be the last time I do it!
