My Goals for 2012

I will Lose 10 kgs by July 1st !!
So thats 7 months @1.4 kgs per month

I will get fit and strong!!

I will Drink 2 litres of water per day!!

I will have 1/10 meals as a "cheat meal" i.e takeaway

I will save $20 per week for a Holiday (well deserved one at that)

Training 3 Times per week (for running)

Crossfit at least once a week

600 Pushups

600 Situps
100/600 1st Feb

Prone Hold for 3mins SOLID!

600 Box Jumps
20/600 1st Feb

600 Weighted Squats 10kg

100 PullUps
