No...Not that kind of streaker.....I wouldn't be that cruel to the public. lol I'm talking about becoming a sparkpeople streaker. I definitely do not have a good track record. Lets take a look -
Exercise for at least 90 minutes per week : longest streak 11 weeks
Consume at least 8 cups of water per day : longest streak 4 days ( pathetic)
Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day: longest streak 2 days
Get 10 minutes of cardio exercise 1 time per day: longest streak 3 days
See, I'm not a very good streaker. Oh, I am good at logging in and spinning the sparkpoints wheel. lol my longest streak there is 46 days.
I read blogs of people doing awesome streaks and I want to join them. Starting tomorrow I am going to start a streak of exercising for at least 10 minutes a day. I'm going to do that for the month of February then come March first ( my 38th B-day) I am going to add another streak.
What will happen if I break my streak? Well, I guess I'll just have a new personal best. lol
