So, here is how I am doing! You can see my original post here:
1 - My #12 challenges on Daily Mile.
In January, I got in 19 miles, which doesn't sound like much. However, most of my workouts this month have been things that don't track miles. This number will be much higher as the weather warms up and I get back into running.
2 - Do yoga once a week.
I started out so well on this, but I haven't done it for the past 2 weeks. I need to get back with the program! I'll try and work in an extra session for the next 2 weeks to make up for the weeks I missed.
3 - Make at least 52 new recipes a year.
8 recipes so far this year! Woo-hoo!
4 - Have a menu planning system in place by July 1 and use it through December 31st.
I'm still working on this, but I AM working on it. I'm hoping to find that system that works for us soon!
