I may have gotten a lot of sleep night before last, but I definitely made up for it last night. I tried to sleep from about 1:30 until 8, and I got maybe 4 hours of broken up sleep. I kept waking up every 20 mins or so.
Well even if I feel groggy and frustrated about sleep, I can at least feel good about my weight loss. I lost almost a whole pound(went down .8 lbs) and I'm finally below 260! It seemed like I would never manage to break that number! So that means a total of 3.8 lbs lost... almost a pound a day! If only I knew it would continue with such quick weight loss, but alas, I know it will slow down quit a bit after a while.
