#31 - Day Seven - Monday.

Day Four (Friday) was a really great day up until dinner. I had eaten well, and I did my usual 4.08-mile walk. Unfortunately, dinner pushed me over my calories.

Day Five and Six (Saturday & Sunday) aren't much to chat about. I ate way too much, and I didn't exercise much. However, I was able to make it to the store to stock up on healthy eats for this week.

Here's Day Seven (Monday):

Water: I did much better yesterday in this area. I drank two cups in between breakfast and lunch; I drank two cups after lunch and before supper. I also drank two cups after my work out. So, I feel successful in this department especially since I'm not much of a water fan. Slowly but surely I am working my way to eight cups a day.

Exercise: I tried Wii's Zumba fitness yesterday. I absolutely loved it! It got my heart pumping, and I was drenched in sweat. I did about 58 minutes of it! Yeah!

Sleep: Unfortunately, I did not meet my bed time as I was trying to finish up cooking my lunches for the rest of the week. So, tonight will definitely be better in the way of going to bed on time!

Food: I did great yesterday. I was in my calorie range again. I feel like I have the eating under control although I could use more discipline on the weekends.

Day Seven Goals:

1. Be active for at least 30 minutes. emoticon
2. Eat healthy for at least breakfast and lunch. emoticon
3. Drink at least four cups of water. emoticon

Tomorrow morning, I will be weighing in and measuring. I am a little nervous since this weekend didn't go so well. I do feel skinnier and healthier, so I hope that means good things!
