Today I am starting over. I have entered my new weight and measurements
I need to loose 40 pounds! OMG
I have no game plan set, but I need to take this slowly. I am an over achiever and get discouraged quickly. I am not too sure what I am going to do for exercise, as I have an elliptical trainer but am kinda sick of it. I am going to start my Zumba class again. This week I am going to focus on my water in take and watching my food in take. I know that I need to track my food because that is the only thing that works for me.
Today I am asking for support and strength from others. I hate this feeling of being a failure and being totally alone.
