Good Morning! How is everyone?
I'm been feeling pretty great. I went to therapy yesterday and my therapist thinks well enough to officially stop taking my meds after weaning off this week. I'm so excited!!!! She thinks I have made a lot of progress since May, I'm really proud of myself. Conquering body issues and such is a hard process. I know I'm not cured but I have the tools now to help me everyday!
Yesterday was my first day on Herbalife. Interesting.
Shakes are easy and quick
Shakes are good (I have dutch chocolate and cookies and cream flavors with vanilla and chocolate protein mix)
I put spinach on my sandwich for the first time, pretty tasty
I don't full completely full, but I'm not jittery or shaky
Washing out blender twice a day is annoying
So, I had cookies and cream shake for breakfast with milk
1 oz nuts for snack
ham, cheese, spinach on whole wheat bread and 1 dark chocolate square (I forgot my carrots at home---grrr)
1 oz cheese and 6 triscuts for snack and green tea
1 dutch chocolate and blueberry shake with milk
I walked the dogs last night with my husband and rested the rest of the night.
So, that's it! Hope everyone is doing well! I have a mile run planned for tomorrow after work and cleaning our house. I should get some well deserved fitness points in!
Oh and I'm getting excited for my Rock and Roll DC Half in March! I got a little booklet in the mail yesterday about all the places to go in DC and my new Runner's World! Whoo-hoo!
