5 lb down this week!

This was a rocking week for me! I ate a lot this week, worked out over 7k calories worth and ended up down 5 lb according to the drop 10 lb in 10 weeks class I'm taking. Last week I was at 249 -cringe- this week I'm at 244! Of course the class is at night so that doesn't make it very pretty with daily weight gain in food and drink.
I'm really feeling pretty good this week, I'm excited to see the scale go down again.
I found a beautiful website called: curvyisthenewblack.tumblr.com which is just a great celebration of a women and natural bodies. I took some pictures from that website and put them in my rotation of motivational pictures on my ipod for the gym!
