The group hiked 2 hours Sunday, and I was not the very last. Almost. I felt fine. I like using poles for balance and someone said poles take some of the strain off the knees. I need that. My good knee hurt, so I rested afterwards.

    I can't wait for Spring here in NY so I can go hiking! Love the sport! I use a walking stick just for a "point of reference". Thanks for sharing.
